Each day, we will feature several courses. Throughout the session, we will feature as many courses as possible. This post is for friday's classes.

Today in "Electric and Autonomous Vehicles," students learned about the role of batteries in electric vehicles. They watched a video about the search for a super battery (linked below). They also learned about Tesla's gigafactory (linked below). Students then learned about how electric vehicles will change the world and worked in groups to brainstorm what will need to happen in order for electric vehicles to become mainstream.

Today in "Architecture: Redesign in order to Reuse" students worked on constructing various buildings, the majority of which were houses. Check out their awesome work!

This afternoon in "Parsing Primary Sources," SEP 9-11 historians put themselves in the shoes of college students who participated in freedom summer, they did this by writing letters back home from the perspective of these students.

Best,

Nicole, Olivia and Abby
